Cognac Park

MAPLE OLD FASHIONED
  • 60 ml Park Cognac VSOP – Reflet Cuivré
  • 10 ml maple syrup
  • 2 drops bitter orange
Pour the maple syrup, cognac and orange bitter into a rock glass. Add ice cubes to halfway up the glass, then stir for 10 seconds with a mixing spoon. Add more ice cubes to the top of the glass and stir for 5 seconds. Garnish with orange zest and a slice of ginger.
